August Reciprocal Arrangements
The Club will be closed from after lunch on Friday 29th July and will reopen for lunch on Tuesday 30th August.
Over August Members may use any of the Clubs listed below. Also remember that the Savile Club will remain open and you are welcome to use their facilities.
LONDON CLUBS OFFERING HOSPITALITY DURING AUGUST
All accounts should be paid on presentation at the time of Members using the facilities of any of the Clubs and before departure.
Army & Navy Club, 36 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5JN, 020 7930 9721 The club will remain open throughout the summer and a normal service will operate during weekdays. However, at weekends, the following outlets will be open. Breakfast in the Pall Mall Room: 0745-1000 Saturday; 0815-1000 Sunday. Lunch 1200-2300 Saturday; (Snacks only in the Ian Jacob Bar) 1200-2100 Sunday. Dinner in the Coffee Room 1745-2100 Saturday only. Strict dress code during the weekdays and children under 8 are not allowed in the Club. Sunday service on Bank Holidays. All bills should be settled on departure.
Caledonian Club, 9 Halkin Street, London, SW1X 7DR, 020 7235 5162 The Club is open all of August and Members may use the Dining Room or Terrance for lunch and dinner. Jacket and tie required.

City University Club, 50 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3PD, 020 7626 8571 Is open throughout the summer. The club is open from 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
East India Club, 16 St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4LH, 020 7930 1000 Please make reservations in advance for accommodation and dining and present a valid membership card on arrival. Jacket and tie for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies at all times. No casual wear. There is a Jazz Brunch every Sunday at a cost of £27.50 per person 12.30-4.00 pm. No children under 8 years.

National Liberal Club, Whitehall Place, London, SW1A 2HE, 020 7930 9871 Is open throughout the summer, apart from weekends and Bank Holidays. Weather permitting, luncheon and dinner may be taken on the terrace which overlooks the Thames. No children admitted under 14 (during August not under 8). Not residential.
Naval Club, 38 Hill Street, London, W1J 5NS, 020 7493 7672 During August there will be a 20% reduction in accommodation, continental breakfast. Please note Dining Room undergoing refurbishment.
The In & Out (Naval & Military Club), 4 St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4JU, 020 7827 5757 On arrival the club will require visitors to demonstrate that they are members of a London Club and when making a booking, to quote their own Club’s name. The full service will be available throughout August. This comprises: bedrooms, Coffee Room (breakfast, lunch and dinner), Down & Out (informal, dress down, bar and brassiere), business centre, courtyard, etc. Please note that the club runs a limited service on Saturday and Sunday with breakfast in the Coffee Room and lunch from the Down & Out. There is no evening service but a limited selection of drinks can be purchased from the Night Bar. Oriental Club, Stratford House, Stratford Place, London, W1C 1ES, 020 7629 5126 Is open throughout the summer holiday period. Long-sleeved, collared shirt with a tie is required at all times, together with a letter of introduction or membership card to be shown on arrival. All public rooms are open to Ladies and Gentlemen alike. Children have to be a minimum of 11 years old. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every weekday; breakfast only at weekends. Light refreshments and sandwiches are available in all of the Drawing Rooms on the first floor throughout the day.
